How to compile Oracle 11i forms

Steps

1) Login to the Forms server node as applmgr and set the applications environment (this is important).
2) Change directory to $AU_TOP/forms/US (even this is important).
3) Use the "f60gen" command to generate the fmx files for the fmb files.
$ f60gen module=<formname>.fmb userid=apps/<apps_pwd> output_file=/forms/US/<formname>.fmx

"f60gen" is for Unix. On Windows the command is ifcmp60.exe.
